Everything on Onecozytranslator.com is a digital download. Your download link arrives immediately after purchase.

Your right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your consent. At checkout, I ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once the download begins. Please read that line before you buy.

When I refund or replace your purchase

I stand behind my work. I will fix the problem, replace the file, or refund you in full if:

• The file is damaged, will not open, or arrives incomplete.
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• The product differs significantly from its description on the product page.

How to request a refund

Please send me a message through the contact form on this website within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. I will reply within 2-3 business days. If I cannot fix the issue, I will refund you.

How refunds work

I refund approved requests to your original payment method within 2-3 days, depending on the circumstances. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the funds.

What I do not refund

I cannot refund a change of mind, a purchase you made by mistake after downloading, or a product you decided is not right for your situation once you have opened the file. Each product page describes the contents in detail; please read it before you complete a purchase.
